I love tilt-shift effect photos, love how they bring grand visual landscapes down to a tiny scale and give us a new way to look at the world. Sometimes, it's nice to imagine that the world is smaller than it actually is, made up of millions of miniature places that you can reach out and touch if you want to. It somehow makes it easier to envision that we truly are all just a tiny piece of a greater whole, all interconnected. Hmm...was my coffee laced with something this morning?
I thought you might enjoy these "World Cities Miniatures" from Ricardo Monteiro. Explore our tiny world for awhile. Do you recognize any place?
